How the guided form works

The guided form prepares a draft in your browser and opens WhatsApp so you can decide whether to send it. Completing the form does not transmit your answers to this site's server or store them in an EQUILIBRIUM database. If you send the message, WhatsApp and EQUILIBRIUM receive the information you included. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy policy.

Your first message may reveal your number, profile name, date of contact and description of the matter. We use it to understand your inquiry, respond and decide how to proceed. The firm may suggest another channel before receiving documents.

When a professional relationship begins

Messaging us does not mean EQUILIBRIUM has accepted the matter, undertaken representation or promised an immediate response. If a summons, hearing or deadline is approaching, mention it at the outset and take the steps needed to protect the deadline without relying on a WhatsApp reply.

Message retention

The direction communicated by the firm distinguishes two situations: communications related to matters accepted by EQUILIBRIUM will be kept in the matter file permanently, subject to applicable professional and legal duties; for inquiries that are not accepted and messages received in error, the planned deletion period is 90 days.
